Fanart of a short free anime-themed game called Holdover. This is Marie, the player character, and also the only living being in the facility that the game takes place in.

Marie was mortally injured in an accident and most of her body was dead. The only way to save her life was to put her in a special medical/cryogenic capsule designed by her father and let time mend her body, and special devices were attached to her ankles to maintain her internal organs. Years passed and the facility was abandoned. A missile struck and wrecked the place, as well as flooded half of it. When Marie woke, she was alone. The cryogenic freezing had numbed her body, the devices made her too heavy to float, and she couldn't hold her breath long in water.

The goal is to regain her body's strength with medicine left behind, and find a way out of the facility while avoiding instant death traps like laser sentries and spikes, and to avoid running out of air when underwater.
